Where is G Hagedorn Apparel based?

G Hagedorn Apparel is owned and operated in Pueblo, Colorado. 

What Shipping Carriers do you use?

We use UPS, USPS, DHL(international) to ship all our products.

Can I make an exchange?

Yes, we will honor exchanges for mistaken orders. 

Can I return my product?

Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we currently do not offer any returns on products for safety reasons. 

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders will be processed within 5 business days, and shipped by either Express 1-2 business days, Standard 3-4 business days, Economy 5-8 business days of your choice.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

Yes, we are capable of doing both.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment. As well as Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay.  

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by using the tracking number through USPS and or UPS for updates.
